German speaking HR Advisor

Do you have good knowledge of German employment law? If so, our client, a well-known luxury fashion brand, is currently seeking a German speaking HR Advisor to join their team in Central London on a hybrid work scheme. You would be in charge of Employee Relations casework for personnel across Germany and Austria.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring, reviewing and updating policies in line with current legislations
• Managing staff relationships and ER casework
• Communication with key stakeholders by phone and email
• Working closely with payroll manager based in Germany

About you:

To be considered for the role, you will be a fluent German speaker, with previous experience dealing with complex employee relations casework. You are somebody with excellent interpersonal skills who is confident in their work, able to take accountability and work independently.

Profile:

• Fluency in German, written and spoken, is a must for the role.
• 3-4 years minimum experience in HR roles, preferably within the German/Austrian market.
• Proactive and able to work well independently.
• A team player, with strong relationship building skills.
• Good knowledge of German employment law
