We are currently hiring a Mandarin and English Speaking Country Manager to lead the growth of an expanding residential energy storage business across the UK. This Mandarin Speaking Country Manager opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional ready to take ownership of market expansion, distributor strategy, and revenue growth within the residential energy storage industry.
As a Mandarin and English Speaking Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s footprint in the UK market, combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution in the residential energy storage sector. This is a highly visible role for a Mandarin and English Speaking Country Manager who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy as a Mandarin and English Country Manager, building a strong distributor network across the UK residential energy storage market.
• Create and manage a structured sales funnel, identifying high-value prospects and driving conversions in the residential energy storage sector.
• Lead negotiations, client meetings, and presentations as a Mandarin and English Country Manager, clearly communicating product value and aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle within residential energy storage, from initial engagement to contract signing and repeat business.
• Oversee order execution, delivery coordination, and ongoing partner management as a Mandarin and English Country Manager.

 
Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in the residential energy storage or household energy storage sector is essential for this Mandarin Speaking Country Manager role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; this Mandarin Speaking Country Manager role relies heavily on cross-border communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a solid understanding of energy storage technologies and commercial business logic.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to succeed as a Mandarin Speaking Country Manager in an autonomous, on-site role.
• Must hold right to work residency in the UK.
