Customer Service Representative – International Export (English & Spanish)

Join a global company in Lisbon and play a key role in supporting international customers, order management and export operations across European and US markets. You’ll work closely with sales teams, logistics partners and customers to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
Salary: €27,000 + bonus
Languages: English (C2+) and Spanish (native or C2+)
Hours: 11:00-20:00 WEST (aligned with US support hours)

What you’ll do

• Manage international customer orders and export operations
• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and distribution centres
• Handle customer and sales enquiries relating to orders and deliveries
• Monitor shipments, backorders and inventory allocation
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin

What we’re looking for

• Native-level or fluent Spanish and fluent English
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
• Experience within export operations, logistics or international trade
• Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and Salesforce knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
